Standard UK Delivery

At Eclipseandembers.co.uk, we work to get your UK mainland orders delivered within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) from the moment your order is confirmed, unless a product description states otherwise. Orders made before 12:30 PM Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same day, with those placed after this time dispatched the next working day.

We use delivery companies like Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. For the best experience, we suggest installing the courier’s mobile app to track your parcel in real time and manage delivery options.

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs for UK mainland and non-mainland postcodes are as follows:

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.99 (free over £75, up to 5kg, 2–4 working days).).

  • Non-Mainland UK (e.g., Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, DD, KW, KA, EH, ML, PA), Channel Islands (JE, GY), Shetland Isles (HS, ZE), Isle of Man (IM), Isle of Wight (PO)): £10–£20 (call 07415903483 for quote).


Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £75, with a maximum basket weight of 5kg. These orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless the product description notes otherwise. 

No International Shipping

Eclipseandembers.co.uk does not currently offer international shipping. All deliveries are restricted to UK addresses.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order after it’s been dispatched, you will be responsible for covering delivery costs.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you’re not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will typically try again the next working day or leave a card with details for collecting your parcel at a local pickup point. If the delivery fails after two attempts or is refused, you will need to cover any additional costs. If you request the parcel be left in a safe place, Eclipseandembers.co.uk is not liable for loss or damage. Please inform us within 10 days if your order hasn’t arrived, as we may be unable to track or claim for lost parcels after this time.

Terms & Conditions

We only deliver to the address provided at checkout. If you request a different delivery address after ordering, we will verify it, which may result in extra charges for non-standard postcodes. We’ll contact you to confirm any additional fees.

These policies do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
